Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all services provided by Hionet.

Prohibited activities

You must not use our services for, or to facilitate:

• DDoS attacks, traffic floods, or stress testing without written permission

• Malware, phishing, credential theft, or exploit distribution

• Unauthorised access to systems or networks

• Hosting, distributing, or linking to illegal content

• Copyright infringement or pirated content

• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk emailing

• Actions that degrade platform stability or abuse resources

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if we reasonably believe there is a breach, especially where needed to:

• Protect our network and customers

• Comply with legal obligations

• Prevent ongoing harm
