1. Hosting Services

Hosting services are provisioned shortly after payment.

By purchasing hosting services, you:

• Request immediate activation of the service

• Acknowledge that the service may begin immediately

• Accept that your right to cancel may be lost once the service has started

Once provisioned, hosting services are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Digital Products

Digital products (including plugins and source code) are delivered electronically.

By purchasing digital content, you:

• Consent to immediate delivery

• Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access or download begins

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

3. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If a product or service is faulty, not as described, or not delivered, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK consumer law.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension or termination.
